How to “Drain the water to keep going” in Sonic Frontiers

To drain all the water in Sonic Frontiers, you need to use Cyloop and go around the cannon.

Then, reload the cannon and shoot at the center of the block stone before the timer runs out.

“Above it, a chain is connected to a giant block stone.”
