To do the All Terrain Snail Quest in WoW Dragonflight, you need to ride Slick through Snail Markers.

Snail Markers are located in Restless Wetlands, Wanderer’s Prairie, Upper Frozen Lands, and Teleport Sand.

Talk to Briggul (Snail Trainer) at 44.2.80.0 to start the quest.
Ride the Snail Markers located at Restless Wetland, Wanderer’s Prairie, Upper Frozen Land, and Teleport Sand.

Note: According to Blizzard Article ID: 338094, the quest has been buggy since May and Blizzard is working on a fix.

Common issues are “No credits for Snail Markers” and “No mission credits for riding Slick through markers”.
