To choose a partner from among the three contestants in Genshin Impact, you need to go to Chinju Forest.

Once you get there, talk to Kamisato Ayaka near the Shrine Maiden.

This is what she would say, “Oh, Verrenz and Paimon! Greetings!”.

Paimon, “Huh, it’s Ayaka! Are you also here for the Test of Courage?”.

Ayaka, “Yes, my brother told me that this event would be “the most interesting”, and suggested that I should participate in person”.

You can also choose Kazuha (on top of one of the small mountains near Shrine Maiden) or Gorou (behind the Shrine Maiden who introduced you).
