The Accessibility Center is a feature in Windows Vista and Windows 7 that provides the option to set accessibility settings for available programs. You can use your computer without a monitor or use it without a mouse or keyboard with this tool.
To use these features, you must visit the Ease of Access Center. Click the Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center.
