Step 3: On the Select option screen, click Troubleshoot.

Step 6: After executing the command, exit the Command Prompt console.
Step 7: You will again see the Choose an Options screen. This time, click Continue.
Your computer will restart and automatically boot into Safe Mode.
5. Using System Configuration
Do you want to boot into Safe Mode more than once? Sometimes you may have to run through some diagnostics and it’s not fun to repeat the procedures mentioned above over and over. A simple tweak can also force Safe Mode to show up on subsequent reboots.
