How to Fix Cargo Link Not Working in Starfield

Fix 1: Delete and re-create the cargo platforms at both locations then try to re-link them (source: CPargermer on Reddit).
Fix 2: Deleting and resetting output links to all containers fixed it for me (source: Ouroboros612 on Reddit).
Fix 3: Make sure you’re using the appropriate pad. I accidentally mixed up the in-system ones with the out of system ones. For out of system, I have a fuel pad dedicated to receiving helium and only helium at each outpost. I haven’t found a way to regulate output so I found that ensuring my helium lines were separate helped.
