Instructions for finding Wrack & Ruin in Diablo 4
To complete the Wrack & Ruin quest in Diablo 4, you need to find the town, the temple, the left eye and the right eye.
You also need to kill the snakes, talk to the survivor, find the corpse of the cultist and return the left and right eye.
Here’s how to do this (expanding screenshot above):
- Town: Northwest of the circle.
- Pagoda: Northwest of the circle.
- Right eye: East of the temple, look for the cult’s corpse at the top of the stairs.
- Left eye: North at a campsite with snakes.
- Slay the serpents: Defeat the snakes.
- Speak with the survivor: Talk to the dying robber.
- Return right and left eye: Return to the temple and place the eye on the door.
