Imagine if your phone could answer calls on your behalf to answer unknown callers. That’s no longer fiction since Samsung added a feature called Bixby text calls to Galaxy series phones. Samsung is taking on the Google Assistant Call Screening feature that comes with Android 12. You can use Samsung’s digital assistant to answer calls and find out why the person is calling. Our experience with Bixby text calls
- Bixby text calls are available in more regions than Google Assistant’s Call Screening feature.
- Bixby’s voice transcription is not always accurate. Sometimes, you may get unrelated responses, leading to confusion.
- Sometimes, the recipient may end the call after hearing Bixby’s robotic voice. The person may appear disinterested by not talking to a real person.
