This time, let’s learn how to transfer ISO and CSO backup files (these are the uncompressed and compressed formats of PSP games respectively) to play PSP games on your hacked Vita.

On your computer
Step 1: Download the ISO or CSO backup file of the PSP game you want from the web. These are the games you want to copy onto your PS Vita running TN-V.
Important Note: To use the PSP emulator on the PS Vita, you need to back up the game in the form of an ISO or CSO file (you can search it on Google). Please note, however, that these and any other emulators currently available exist so that game owners can play backup copies of the games they own, and it is not recommended to violate them. piracy, this is illegal.
Step 2: With the file downloaded, now rename it with a name up to eight (8) characters long, in all caps. In the same way, also rewrite the file’s extension in all uppercase.
This is a very important step so make sure you allow your computer to show the file extensions, otherwise you won’t be able to change them to all caps and the game files will not read by your PS Vita.
Step 3: Now, on your computer, go to where the data folder for your mining game is located and open it. This is the same folder that you originally used to hack your PS Vita (the folder containing the 660.PBP file). Once you open it, copy your renamed ISO or CSO file into it.
Step 4: Now on your computer, open the qCMA application and prepare to transfer the save data file to your Vita (Read the first linked article above for instructions on how to use qCMA and where to go. download).
Hot Tip: ISO/CSO files tend to be quite large, so it’s a good idea to do the transfer over a USB cable rather than rely on Wi-Fi. If you choose to do so, plug your Vita into your computer via a USB cable before the next step.
On your PS Vita
Step 5: On your PS Vita, open Content management and on the next screen, below Copy contentselect PC > PS Vita System.
Next, choose Applicationsand then under Saved data select PSP/Other.
Next, you will see the save file for your mining game. You’ll notice that it’s the same size as the ISO/CSO file you want to copy. Just select it and click Copy to copy files to your PS Vita. If your Vita gives you the option to overwrite the file, allow it to do so.
Step 6: Now start mining TN-V (PSP emulator) on your PS Vita and you will be able to see the game you copied there.
However, if you run the game from here, you will run it from the save file. The problem is that if you delete a game from the Save Data folder on your computer (to save space or for any other reason), the next time you transfer the save file, that game will be deleted. remove from your PS Vita. Thankfully, the clever developer behind TN-V has built a way to install games natively on your PS Vita memory card.
Step 7: To do so, simply scroll to the game on XMB, press the . button Triangle button and from the available options, select Setting.
Once installed, your Vita will prompt you to delete the game files – go ahead and do so.
Step 8: Now you will notice that the game is no longer on XMB. Do not worry. To make it visible again and forever, press the . button Select on your PS Vita to bring up the VSH Menu. There, scroll down and select Restart VSH to restart the VSH menu. This will restart the PSP emulator and refresh all its files.
You should now see your game displayed and it installed directly on your Vita memory card.
Step 9: Once done, please delete the ISO or CSO file from the SAVE data folder on your computer.
