How to redeem 2 Shopkeeper items and Buy 1 item from the Vendor Safe Shop in the DMZ

In order to trade 2 items with the shop owner and buy 1 item from the store owner’s Safe Buy Station in the DMZ, you need to find a list of items and bring them to the store owner.
After you bring the item to the merchant, the Safe Shop will be unlocked.
Here’s how to get each item (expand screenshot above):
- Chlorine or other chemicals: Flooded section below the bridge of the City of Al-Mazrah.
- Scientist’s Note or Lab Notes: Open the hatch in the Chemical Plant and go to Outer Operations (when you’re in this area, look for jump ropes and car batteries).
- Server Tape – orange: Go south of the complex to Cluster Alpha, plug in the jumper cables and car batteries, open the hatch, go inside the server room.
- Beta board or lab coat book: Go to the information room (open the hatch on the outskirts of the chemical room).
In short, you need to go to 4 different places on the map to find the items the shop owner requires.
After you find the items, take them to the shop and put them in the dead box to unlock the Safe Buy Station.
Finally, interact with the Safe Buy Station (red) and purchase an item (e.g. Armor Plate) to complete the mission.
