How to create a custom Windows 8 theme
Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Personalized.

Once all the changes have been set, save the theme. Do this by clicking Save theme and give it an appropriate name.
Any changes you make to any theme will detach it from the original theme and show up as an unsaved theme. You can then create new themes from other custom themes or even preset themes. Rename each accordingly so you can easily switch between them knowing what properties they hold.
Delete and share themes
You can only delete a theme that you are not currently using. If you have only one custom theme and you want to delete it, you must choose one Windows default theme and then right click on the custom to remove it, like so:
