Check Screen Time on iPhone and iPad
Both iPhone and iPad have a built-in option that shows your screen time. Here’s how to check it:
Step 1: Open Settings and tap Screen Time. Here, you’ll see the screen time for your iOS device.
Step 2: Tap the See All Apps & Website Activity option. You’ll see the time spent on each app installed on your iOS device. You can select whether you want to see the weekly or daily data.
Check Screen Time on Samsung and Other Android Phones
Whether you have a Samsung phone or any other Android phone, you can check your screen time using the Digital Wellbeing app. This app is a Google LLC product and comes pre-installed on most modern Android phones. However, if it’s missing on your device, download it from the Play Store. Once you have the app on your phone, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Open Settings > select Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls. On the next screen, you’ll see your Android phone’s screen time.
Step 2: Tap the Dashboard option, and you’ll see the time you’ve spent on each app installed on your phone.
Check Screen Time on Windows 11
If you want to check your screen time on Windows 11, you can do it through the Settings app. Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Open the Settings app > select System from the sidebar > choose Power & battery on the right.
Step 2: Click the Battery usage dropdown arrow. You will see the screen time of your Windows 11 computer. Under the Battery usage per app section, you will see the screen time you can spend on each app installed on your computer.
Check Screen Time on macOS
As with iOS devices, the screen time feature is also built-in to Mac computers. To check, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Open System Settings on your Mac > select Screen Time from the sidebar > choose App & Website Activity on the right.
Step 2: In the following window, you’ll see your device screen time. Under the Apps section, you can see the time you’ve spent on each app.
