How to Add or Change Autofill Data on Google Chrome

When using Google Chrome on your mobile phone or computer, you will inevitably come across websites that you want to subscribe to. After you sign up, Autofill will ask you to save your address, password, and payment method.

You will not have to re-enter such details when accessing the same websites manually. This post will show you the steps to add, edit or remove Google Chrome Autofill data on your mobile and desktop. Make sure your device is running the latest version of Google Chrome.

Add autofill data in Google Chrome on mobile

Step 2: For iPhone, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner to open Settings.

For Android, tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner and select Settings.

Step 3: Tap on Password Manager.

Step 4: Tap Add Password, enter your details and tap Save in the upper right corner.

Step 5: Tap Settings in the lower left corner.

Step 6: Click the toggle next to Suggest to save password. Tap Done to confirm.

Step 7: Tap Done again in the top right corner to add an AutoFill setting for passwords.

Google Chrome will automatically ask to save your password.

Step 1: Open Chrome on your iPhone or Android.

Step 2: For iPhone, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner to open Settings.

For Android, tap the three vertical dots menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

Step 4: Click the toggle next to Save and fill in the address.

Your address will be saved in Chrome and added automatically the next time you visit the site. You can tap the toggle again to disable address autofill in Google Chrome.

Step 1: Open Chrome on your iPhone or Android.

Step 2: Open Settings according to your device.

Step 3: Select the Autofill category from which you want to delete your data.

Step 4: Swipe left on Autofill data and tap Delete on the right.

Step 5: Click Delete again to confirm.

Step 1: Open Chrome on your Mac or Windows PC.

Step 2: Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Settings.
