To get the City Hall Hideout Key in Warzone 2 DMZ, go to the northeast of the Beach Club (F6).

Once you’re there, head to the Town Hall and unlock one of its doors.

Doors can be unlocked with a City Hall key.

Keys can be randomly obtained from enemy AI drops, HVT contracts, loot containers, etc.
