You don’t need to use cumbersome cloud solutions like OneDrive or Google Drive to send many media files. You can share media files over Quick Share or Nearby Share using RCS (Rich Communication Services) in the default Messages app, or use third-party messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram.
Samsung’s Quick Share is inspired by AirDrop on Apple devices. As the name suggests, it’s a quick way to share media files between nearby Samsung devices. It works on nearby Samsung phones, tablets, and laptops. Let’s check it in action.
Step 1: Open the Gallery app on your Samsung phone.
Step 2: Tap Share at the bottom.
Step 3: Select Quick Share. It scans for nearby Samsung devices.

If your friend or family member has an Android phone from another brand, use Google’s Nearby Share solution. It works on all the Android phones, tablets, and Chromebooks. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1: Launch the Gallery app and select photos you want to send.
Step 2: Tap the Share icon and select Nearby share.
Step 3: It shows nearby Android devices on the share sheet. Tap on an Android phone.

3. Use the Default Messages App
Both the tricks above work with nearby devices only. If the receiving device isn’t nearby, use the default Messages app on your Samsung phone. It supports Google’s RCS to start conversations with friends and family.
Step 1: Launch the Messages app on your Samsung phone.
Step 2: Tap the three-dot menu and open Settings.
Step 3: Select Chat settings and enable the Chat features. It switches on RCS on your Samsung phone. Expand Shared image quality and tap Original or High.
Step 4: Return to the home screen and tap the compose button. Open a conversation.
Step 5: Tap the image icon beside a message box and select the photos you want to share. Hit send.

4. Use WhatsApp to Send Multiple Photos
