The Mawizeh Electrical Control Substation is located above the Mawizeh Marshlands (G4 of the map).
Once you get there, go to the small building next to the water tower.

- Go above Mawizeh Marshlands.
- Go to the small building next to the water tower and unlock the door.
After unlocking the door, you can get cash, ammo, backpack, etc.
Keys can be obtained from enemy AI drops, HVT contracts, and loot containers.
