To unlock the Yellow Ruins Tablet in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to find and get all 8 yellow stakes.
After you have 8 yellow piles, you can open the tablet and Chien-Pao will appear.
Here’s how to unlock the tablet/temple:

- Go to the tablet, open it and Chien-Pao will appear.
Chien-Pao is one of the legendary Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet.
