How to Turn Off or On Captions on Twitter Videos

Twitter has an update that shows captions/subtitles on videos.

When you watch the video, the caption will be displayed at the end of the video.

This is useful if you are not in a quiet place and you want to hear the audio of the video.

However, they can sometimes be intrusive so you may want to turn them off.

For example, subtitles (CC) can block important parts of a video.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to disable or enable captions on Twitter videos.

If so, you won’t be able to remove them from the video.

Turning on captions on Twitter videos requires the “CC” icon.

If you don’t see the “CC” icon, it means the feature hasn’t been rolled out to you yet.

Only a select number of users have this feature.

Another way to enable subtitles (for iOS users) is to access your accessibility settings.

In your accessibility settings, select “Subtitles & Captions” and enable “Subtitles + SDH”.

This will enable subtitles or subtitles for the deaf or hard of hearing.

You can also do this for Android devices.
