4. Leaving the group
After you remove everyone from the group, you will be the only one left on the list.

After you touch yourself, you will be presented with several options.
This includes “View Facebook Profile” and “Leave Group”.
Tap “Leave Group” to leave the group.
Before you leave the group, make sure there are no members left.
Otherwise, they can still chat in the group.
5. Tap “Leave”
After you tap “Leave”, a pop-up message will appear.
A pop-up message says you can choose a new administrator.
Here is the full message, “You can choose a new admin from those listed in the Members section”.
Next is “If you leave the group without selecting a new admin, the top-level member of the group will become an admin”.
Since you’ve removed all your group members, you don’t have to set a new admin.
Tap “Leave” to leave the group.
Once you tap “Leave”, the group will be permanently deleted and you won’t be able to see it in your chat list!

There’s no option to delete all group members on Messenger at once, so you’ll have to delete group members individually.
When you remove members from a group, they will no longer be able to chat in it.
However, they can still see the group in their chat list.
In addition, they can still see previous messages in the group.
