Set Up Sleep Schedule on Your iPhone
Setting a Sleep Schedule is like adding a bedtime reminder on your iPhone. This will help you to stay mindful of sleep and wake up on time. You can use the Health app on your iPhone to access this feature. Do ensure that you are using the latest version of iOS.
Step 1: Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Browse at the bottom-right corner and scroll down to select Sleep.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on Add below Your Schedule.
Step 4: Use the semicircular slider to adjust your Bedtime and Wake-Up time.
You can also enable an Alarm for the same and choose your alarm tone.
Step 5: Tap on Add at the top-right corner.
Step 6: Tap on Add Schedule.
Step 7: Tap on Set Your First Schedule.
Step 8: Select the days for following your Sleep Schedule.
Step 9: Check your Bedtime and Wake-Up time.
You can also enable an Alarm for the same.
Step 10: Tap on Add at the top-right corner to confirm.
You can also choose to select your time to Wind Down and add a Sleep Goal.
Delete Sleep Schedule on iPhone
Here’s how you can delete your Sleep Schedule on your iPhone.
Step 1: Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Browse at the bottom-right corner and select Sleep.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on Edit below Your Schedule.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Delete Schedule.
Set Sleep Schedule Using Clock App on iPhone
You also get the option to set your Sleep Schedule by using the Clock app on your iPhone. Here’s how.
Step 1: Open the Clock app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Alarm at the bottom.
Step 3: Select Set Up.
Step 4: Tap on Set Up In Health.
The Health App splash screens will display on your iPhone. Follow the on-screen steps to set your Sleep Schedule and enable Sleep Focus Mode as well.

Set Up Sleep Mode Using Sleep Focus on iPhone
Another way to set a sleep schedule is to set up Sleep Focus on your iPhone. The Focus Mode feature lets you control your app notifications during specific times of your day. Just like how you can set up Personal, Work, and Gaming Focus Mode, you also get the option to set up Sleep Focus. Here’s how.
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Focus.
Step 3: Select Sleep profile.
If not visible, tap the Plus icon at the bottom-right corner and select Sleep from the list of profiles.
Step 4: Scroll down and select the options to set Bedtime and Wake-Up.
Step 5: Tap on Bedtime and Wake-Up again to set the time.
Step 6: Select the timing and Alarm. Tap on Done at the top-right corner.
Your Sleep Focus Mode has been enabled.
You can remove your Sleep Focus Mode by tapping on Delete Focus at the bottom.
