How to Print A Blank Calendar Using MS Outlook

Simple Calendar

Ever felt the need to print out a

empty calendar

? I have repeatedly encountered reasons such as creating to-do lists, planning for the next week or month, recording milk, laundry and others. You may have your own reasons.

Now, have you started creating the table in MS Word (or any other tool) and filling in the dates to suit your requirements? When there are better ways and simple tricks to get the job done, why bother yourself. We’ll show you how you can use the MS Outlook calendar feature to get things done.

Step 1: Open MS Outlook and navigate to Calendar from the left pane (towards the bottom). Towards File -> New and create a Calendar .

Step 2: Give it a name and choose a storage location for it. I named it Blank.

Step 3: Check the calendar (in the left box you just created) and uncheck other calendars (if any). An empty calendar is displayed. Now you can print it (easiest way to do so is Ctrl + P).

Select Print

Step 4: Above Print you can choose one from Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Triple Styles. You can also select and set a date range.

I recommend that you do not delete the calendar because you can request it later. Next time you can just open it and print it in seconds. For those who don’t have Outlook, they can check out this web service called Print Calendar.
