To get the Aspect of Disobedience in Diablo 4, you need to clear the Halls of the Damned dungeon.
You can reach the dungeon by going to Scouring Sands in Kehjistan (go to the Tarsarak waypoint and head northeast).
Location of the dungeon:
- Head to Scouring Sands in Kehjistan.
- Get there by going to the Tarsarak waypoint and heading northeast.
