- Open Pokémon GO.
- Tap on the Pokeball.
- Select install”.
- Tap the help bubble.
- Select “Contact us”.
- Describe your problem (for example, not being able to complete the quest to make new friends).
Due to the high volume of support requests, it may take a while for a representative to assist you.
After you have selected “I still need help” a few times, you will be prompted to describe your problem.
You will then get a human response in 24 to 48 hours.
If you can’t contact support, you’ll need to wait for the Pokemon GO update to fix the problem.
For now, you don’t need to do anything and let the task be done.

According to Niantic Support, they are currently investigating an issue where the “Make New Friends” quests are not marked as completed during the mission Misunderstood Mischief.
In the meantime, you can visit the Niantic Support website to see if the bug has been fixed.
