How to Find Purple Onions in Pikmin 4
To find the Purple Onion in Pikmin 4, you need to complete all the Olimar’s Shipwreck Tale quests.
Then, enter the “Sage Test” area and complete the last story (Purple Key).
Here’s how to do this (expanding screenshot above):
- Find Olimar in Hero’s Hideaway and go to the end first.
- Complete all Olimar’s Shipwreck Tale quests.
- Enter the “Sage Leaves Challenge” area and complete the first nine stories.
- Complete “Final Story: The Purple Key” to find the Purple Onion.
During the challenge, avoid the Water Ball on the wheel and max out the Oatchi to bring the Purple Onion.
After completing the last story, you will find the purple onion.
