How to Download All Your Facebook Information to Your Computer

The world’s largest social networking site has become a habit. From sharing links to photo albums, Facebook is a virtual timeline of our lives. So it’s the next best thing to a digital diary. Agree, there will be no rush to close the store, but there is a chance that your Facebook account will be deleted (you deleted it accidentally or you became the victim of a hack).

A backup can be extremely important for revitalizing your records. Facebook shows you how to keep your information safe by downloading all your messages, wall posts, photos, status updates, and profile information.

Here are the steps to download all your Facebook information using their built-in download tool.

1. Sign in to your Facebook account.

2. Click the Home drop-down menu and then click Account Settings.
