Step 1: Open iPhone Settings and go to your profile.

Step 2: Navigate to iCloud and then open the Hide My Email menu.

Step 4: The operating system will generate a random email address to use. You need to label your address so it can remember the purpose you created the email for and even add notes to it.

Remove custom email addresses
