Many Android dialer apps extract contact images from Gmail, Facebook, and other social accounts. However, not all contact images are replaced. A number remains blank with only one letter to display. It’s a tedious job to download beautiful photos of these contacts and replace them in the contacts app. So instead of keeping the contact images blank why not replace it with beautiful and artistic ones? Here I will show you how you can easily create unique images for contacts without contact pictures. And we will achieve this using a small application called Micopi Pico. This app automatically generates unique images for each contact. The images have unique backgrounds with a letter at the top. So let’s see how you can use this app and fill those blank contact pictures with some artistic images.
How to create a unique contact image for all contacts
Downloading and Installing the app is of course the first step. On the main screen of the application, you can choose between two modes. You can select a contact or choose an auto mode that will automatically apply unique images to blank contacts.
Warning: You can’t go back to normal. Once images are added, you can simply change each image manually. There is no way to automatically revert all images back to normal. So make sure you like these artistic images and act accordingly.
Choose a single contact
Here you can select a contact and select the image you want to associate with it.
Press left or right to cycle through the images and press the checkmark icon to select an image. You can also save images in the gallery. One thing to note here is that you will have to backup your contacts manually from the contacts app. The automatic backup feature is only available in the Pro version.

Auto mode
In automatic mode, you have two options. You can associate unique images with all contacts or only those with missing images. Don’t forget to back up your contacts before choosing any option.
After the process is finished, the contact image will be added with unique images.
You’ll also see these contact pictures in the messaging app if the user doesn’t have a profile picture. Also, as mentioned above, be aware that you won’t be able to get those blank images back using the app. You will have to do it manually.
