Most people cannot live without Facebook. People check their Facebook accounts several times a day. Sometimes it’s the first thing they do in the morning. Very inefficient, but for each of their own. 4. Account is disabled
Not a pretty sight but totally possible. Your Facebook account may have been disabled, but you should have been notified about it. Check your inbox for any emails from Facebook. That will give you more insight into why the account was disabled. You’ll also notice a message informing you of the decision on the Facebook login page.
The reasons can vary like non-compliance with content guidelines or community standards, too many login attempts, suspicious activity, other users’ complaints, fake or impersonation profile details, etc. The good news is that you can appeal the review if you think your account was disabled in error.
5. Account is banned
Another possibility is a ban, but that should be clearer, again should be accompanied by a notice informing you of the same. In addition to the reasons discussed above, some other reasons that can lead to a ban are owning or operating multiple accounts or forging, uploading adult, personal, sensitive content/images/videos emotions, incitement to hatred or violence, and repeated violations. Temporary bans will be lifted automatically, and there’s nothing you can do to speed up the process. Permanent ban is, well, permanent.
6. Account hacked
Someone hacked your account, changed your login details and is now running it under your name. Your worst fears have come true, but there are ways to overcome this too. Ask one of your Facebook friends to check if there is any activity in your account after your last login. Check for changes to your profile details, friend requests from people you don’t know, messages you don’t remember sent, and posts you’ll never post. think post.

Jot down important details on a piece of paper and keep it in a safe place offline. Avoid using public or unknown or insecure internet connections and use a VPN if you must.
