5. Confirm the deletion of your personal information

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see your Activision account username.
First, make sure that the username is correct.
Then complete the CAPTCHA and select the “I accept Activision Terms of Use” checkbox.
Next, click on “Delete My Personal Information (Right of Deletion)”.
After you have clicked “Delete My Personal Information (Right to Delete)”, a confirmation pop-up will open.
A pop-up window containing information on how to delete your Activision account.
Click the “I understand that I am requesting the deletion or anonymization of all my requested personal information” check box.
Finally, click on “Delete My Personal Information (Right of Deletion)” to submit a request to delete your Activision account.
Once you have submitted your request for “Delete My Personal Information (Right of Deletion)”, you will arrive at the “Thank You” page.
Your request will now be reviewed and/or processed.
You will not be able to cancel your request.
