1. Sign out of iMessage
iMessage uses your phone number or email ID to connect the messaging service to your Apple account. So you should sign out of iMessage to remove any access to your private messages.

2. Sign out of FaceTime

3. Sign out of your Apple ID account

Step 1: Launch any browser on your phone or laptop, open iCloud.com, and sign in with your Apple ID details.
