South Bank Apartment The main location is south of Sa’id City.

There you will see many buildings including a bank.

You need to go to the apartment on the left next to the bank.

Once you get there, go down one floor below the top floor and you’ll find the apartment.

Head south of Sai’d City.
Go inside the apartment on the left next to the back and go one floor below the top floor.

The door is called “South Bank Apartment” which you can unlock with a key.

Keys are randomly obtained from enemy AI drops, HVT contracts, and loot containers.
