Krayzie Bone said that the first album in the Chasing the Devil trilogy would be published by RBC Records on July 22, 2014, at a press conference in April 2014. But after being delayed, it was finally made available on November 20, 2015.

The collaboration between a Bone Thugs member and a Pharcyde member was first evident in the track, which was released on February 18, 2022.
