How to Remove Instagram Posts From Facebook

As mentioned earlier, the shared posts will remain on the platform even if you unlink the accounts. You must manually remove the posts. Here’s how to do that on Facebook:

Step 1: Open Facebook > choose your profile at the top right corner and tap your account name.

Step 2: Now, go to the post you want to delete and tap the three dots at the top right corner.

Step 3: Here, you can choose between:

• Move to trash > tap Move to confirm. On PC, this option is ‘Move to Recycle bin.’
• Move to archive: The post will be moved to Archive instantly. You can later access this post from the Archive page.
