To Drain Fuel from a Vehicle on Ashika Island in the DMZ, you need to first find and obtain a Gas Tank from a Gas Station.
After you have obtained the Gas Tank, find a vehicle (eg RHB), enter it, select the Fuel Tank and select “Siphon Gas”.
