How to Set Up Auto Email Forwards From Yahoo Mail and Hotmail

With the advent of more email service providers, we ended up signing up and owning multiple accounts. This also means that our data (or emails) is scattered all over the place and we need to monitor each account to see their status.

As a solution, you can redirect messages from all services to a desktop email client like MS Outlook or a web-based service like Windows Live Mail. Today we will see how to set up automatic email forwarding on Yahoo and Hotmail. This way you can also configure synchronization between these two accounts. You can also do the same with other accounts/services.

Green Thought: Ask all to cancel accounts you don’t use and free up space on servers loaded with such redundant data.

Conclusion

I have configured a setting similar to this for all my email accounts to send mail to a specific account. In addition, I have created different folders for different accounts and also created filtering rules so that they are sent to the respective folders.

Let us know how you plan to use this.
