How to Set Up and Use Facebook Via Mobile SMS

Facebook and social networks of this kind have permeated so deeply into our lives that it is impossible not to know what the world is doing around us. We also have this constant need to let the world know – let’s call it Facebook attention-seeking behavior. Facebook Mobile Texts is another step in that direction. That’s approximate because texting is the most popular form of communication in the world.

How to activate and set up Facebook via mobile SMS

1. Sign in to your Facebook profile and go to Account Settings.

2. Click Mobile in the sidebar. The Mobile Settings page deals with Facebook’s reach via mobile SMS.

You can choose options to share your phone number with your friends and let them message you from Facebook. Think twice about this option, as too many text messages can really ruin your privacy.
