How to Schedule Email in the Mail App on iPhone

While you can schedule emails to be sent using Gmail and Outlook, this feature isn’t available on the iPhone’s Mail app. But with iOS 16, you can now schedule your email conversations using the Mail app. If you send and receive a lot of emails daily, this feature will definitely improve your experience.

In this post, we will show you how to schedule email sending in the Mail app on your iPhone. We tested the feature on an iPhone 13 running on iOS 16 Public Beta and it will eventually come with the stable iOS 16 release. The steps mentioned in this post will also apply to iPadOS 16 and macOS Ventura users.

What is the benefit of this feature

This feature is useful for managing both your personal and professional email conversations. For example, you can schedule your email to ask for leave in advance. You can also send your presentations without missing deadlines by scheduling them by date and time. The same applies to your college assignments. Plus, it’s a great way to schedule your newsletter right from the Mail app. The best part is that you don’t have to rely on other email clients to use this feature.
