How to unlock the Artificial Island Dome in Tower of Fantasy
To get the Permission Card Morris in Tower of Fantasy, you need to go to the top of the mountain in the Sea Horizon Stand and defeat all the monsters there.
After you defeat the monsters, pick up the ticket, collect the Gold Nucleus, go to Listen to Earwyn Island, head east and use the Morris License Card to activate the transmitter.
Part 1: Get a Spell Card: Morris
- Go to the top of a mountain in the Sea Horizon Stand.
- Defeat all the monsters on the top of the mountain.
- Take the pass halfway up the mountain.
Part 2: Collect Gold Nucleus Sea Horizon Stand
- Collect gold kernels in the same area.
Part 3: Using the Authorization Card: Morris on Earwyn Island
- Cast to Spacerift: Estuary.
- Go to Pins Island.
- On the Island of Pins, head east until you reach the transmitter.
- Use the Enable Card: Morris to activate the transmitter and stand on it to go to Listen to Earwyn Island.
