Method 1: Use iCloud Web
Apple provides a robust iCloud web solution for accessing the major apps and services.
Step 1: Visit iCloud and sign in using your Apple account credentials.

You can change the views to weekly or monthly. You can create new events and add every detail, such as URL, Notes, Location, Time, etc. Using iCloud Web, you can access Apple Calendar anywhere.
Method 2: Connect iCloud Calendar with Outlook

Step 1: Download and open the iCloud App on your PC. The app will ask you to sync iCloud, Bookmarks, Photos, Mail, and Calendar.
Step 2: Follow the wizard and click on the Sync Calendars and Contacts button.
Step 3: Open the Outlook app on Windows and navigate to the Calendar option from the bottom menu. The Apple calendar should now be added to your account.
Method 3: Connect iCloud to Outlook Web
This is useful for those who don’t want to go through the iCloud app. Users can manually add the iCloud Calendar to Outlook and access it from the Outlook app on Windows.
Step 1: Open iCloud web on a browser and select Calendar.
Step 2: Decide which Calendar you want to export and select the profile icon beside it.
Step 3: Copy the iCloud Calendar URL under the Link section from the Calendar Sharing pop-up.
Step 4: Navigate to the Outlook web and open the calendar menu.
Step 5: Click on Add calendar under the monthly view in the Outlook calendar.
Step 6: From the following dialog, tap on the Subscribe from web option.
Step 7: Paste the calendar URL you copied from the iCloud Calendar.
Step 8: Click import, give it a name, icon, color, and voila! You have successfully integrated the iCloud Calendar into Outlook.
Now, you can open the Outlook app on your PC and find the iCloud Calendar under the subscribed Outlook calendars.
After that, whenever you add new events or make changes in the Apple Calendar app on the iPhone, it will get synced to the iCloud Calendar in Outlook on the Windows PC.

All the added events in the Apple Calendar get saved in the iCloud platform by default. However, you can change it by going to Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar.
