If you open the Battle.net launcher, you’ll see this message, “We’re investigating reports of login issues.”
Followed by, “Influencing Diablo IV and working to resolve these issues ASAP”.
How to fix “Cannot find a valid license of Diablo IV”
To fix the “Cannot find a valid Diablo IV license” error, try restarting and updating the Battle.net launcher.
If you’re having issues on PS4 or PS5, try downloading any PS+ monthly free games/games or buy the cheapest currency pack from the PlayStation Store.
Fix 1: Restart the Battle.net launcher
Exit Diablo IV and restart the Battle.net launcher.
To restart the Battle.net launcher, click the Battle.net icon and select “Restart and update”.
Here’s how to do this:
- Exit Diablo IV.
- Click the Battle.net icon.
- Select “Reboot and update”.
