FIFA 23 is experiencing SSL Connection Error due to an issue with the EA server.

How to fix “SSL connection error” in FIFA 23
To fix “SSL Connection Error” in FIFA 23, you need to login to the EA website.
Once you’ve logged into the EA website, accept the terms and conditions and restart FIFA 23.
You can also try disabling 2-step verification in your EA account.
You can log in to your EA account using a PC or mobile device.
Make sure to sign in with the platform you’re playing the game on.
