You need to first convert the Google Form to PDF (as shown above) and upload that PDF in Drive, followed by opening the PDF as Google Docs in Drive.
Here are the step-by-step instructions to convert Google Forms to Google Docs:
Step 1: Convert Google Forms to PDF following the above-mentioned methods.
Step 2: Open the Google Drive website on your PC and click on the New button on the left.
Step 3: Choose File Upload and add the PDF from your PC.
You can even drag and drop the PDF from your computer to Drive.
Step 4: Once uploaded, right-click on the PDF file in Google Drive and select Open with > Google Docs.
That’s it. Your Google Form will be converted to Google Docs.

How to Convert Google Forms to Word
Again, there’s no direct way to export Google Forms to Word. It’s necessary to convert the Google Form to PDF first. Then, use the following three ways to convert PDF into a Word document:

- Convert Google Docs to Word
- Using online tools
1. Open PDF as a Word Document
Step 1: Convert the Google Form to PDF and save it on your PC.
Step 2: Locate the Google Form PDF document on your computer.
Step 3: Right-click on it and select Open with > Word. If you don’t see the Word app directly, click Choose another app and select Word.
Step 4: The PDF document will open in an editable format in Word. You can edit it and click on File followed by Save as.
Step 5: Then, choose the download location to save the Google Form as a Word document.
