In case you feel regret for blocking that person or have accidentally blocked someone, don’t worry, unblocking will take a bit of work.

How to block someone on Gmail on Android?

Blocking someone on Gmail via your Android device is as simple as blocking via PC. First, you need to go to your Gmail app and open the email sent by the person you are trying to block.

Select ‘Block (sender)’ from the drop-down menu. You will be notified on the screen that the sender has been blocked and all of that person’s email will be sent directly to the spam folder.

Simply go to the sender’s existing message, tap the three-dot menu and select ‘Unblock (sender)’ from the drop-down menu.

How to block someone on Gmail on iOS?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to block someone on Gmail with an iPhone or iPad.

If you’re using the Gmail app on iOS, your best bet is to access Gmail via your computer or the browser on your device.
