To obtain and use Thunder Potion in the Hogwarts Heritage, you need to go to J. Pippin’s Potions shop in Hogsmeade.

When you get there, talk to J. Pippin and buy Lightning Potion for 1,000 gold.

Finally, go to a group of enemies, equip and use potions by pressing L1, LB or Tab.
