White Sturgeon is just one of the many fish you can collect in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Selling fish can be a good source of Star Coins but cooking fish into dishes can net you even more.
Some villagers in the game may also ask for White Sturgeon as one of their three favourite gifts a day. Gifting a villager under these circumstances can get you 1,500+ friendship points.

White Sturgeon can be found by fishing in golden fishing ripple spots in the Frosted Heights biome.
If you’re looking to farm White Sturgeon, you should choose a Disney companion who is proficient in fishing to hang out with. Hanging out with fishing companions gives you a chance to double your fish yield.
Likewise, the fish can only be caught in the Frosted Heights biome. If there are no golden ripples, it’s worthwhile fishing up the other ripples first, then fast travelling to and from the biome to reset the fish stock in the lake.

White Sturgeon uses in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The White Sturgeon is the third most profitable fish in the game. Coming just under the Hear and There fish and the Anglerfish, White Sturgeon can be sold at any of Goofy’s Stalls for 1,250 Star Coins.
Alternatively, you can cook the fish. As of writing, the only recipe containing the White Sturgeon fish is ‘Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon’, which is a four-star meal, worth 2,246 Star Coins.
Gifting a fish to any villager will earn you 150 friendship points. When White Sturgeon is a favourite gift of the day this will increase to 1,650 points.
