The good news is finding the key is very simple, as Stomund sells it at Skyrest for 9,500 Vigor.
It’s a decent amount of money, but by the time you get to this section, you will have beaten quite a few enemies. You can find Stomund located on the right of the Vestige in Skyrest, as pictured above.
