Shaheen Afridi Biography

He is 23 years old.

Afridi was born on April 6, 2000.

In April 2018 he made his international Cricket debut for Pakistan, and in addition to that in December 2018 he played in his first Test match for his country.

Afridi has played 25 test, 32 ODIs and 40 T20Is in his career till now. He has taken 99 wickets in tests with best figures of 6/51, while 62 wickets in ODIs with best figures of 6/35. Additionally, he has taken 47 wickets in T20Is with best figures of 3/20.

After taking five wickets in matches against Sindh and Balochistan in the 2020-2021 National T20 Cup, Shaheen was put under international scrutiny. He also played for Khyber. The fast bowler can run at 140 mph and break bats.

He will be representing the Middlesex County Club in the domestic tournament of England & Whales. He is a Pakistani cricket player and plays in the National T20 Cup of Pakistan for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He was the first to experience proficient cricket and “hardball” when his brother taught him how to use a cricket bat at the “FATA Under-16” preliminaries in 2015. He had only played with the tennis bat up until that point. Shaheen felt empowered after he received the professional cricket bat in his hands. He began to practice in the nets.

Although the left-arm pacer is a target for greatness, Shahid Afridi, former Pakistan captain, has shockingly claimed that the Pakistan Cricket Board has not treated the youngster properly. Shaheen sustained a knee injury just before the Asia Cup 2022, which prevented him from participating in the tournament.
