He participated in the debut season of Project Runway: All Stars as a head judge, alongside Georgina Chapman, which aired on the Lifetime TV Network.
Mizrahi has worked as the costume designer for three Broadway revivals, including two plays; (The Women and Barefoot in the Park), and one operetta, Threepenny Opera.
