Wallace triumphed once more at the BMW International Open in June. Although he began the final round two strokes behind the leaders, he shot a round of 65 without making a bogey to win by one stroke.
Following that, he triumphed in a four-man playoff at Made in Denmark in September 2018 by making birdies at five of the final six holes.
In the season-ending DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, he tied for second after placing in a share of fifth at the Nedbank Golf Challenge, which allowed him to enter the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time.
Wallace placed 12th at the US Open and tied for third at the PGA Championship in 2019. He placed 111th overall in the FedEx Cup standings at the conclusion of the 2020–21 season. Wallace began his 2021–2022 PGA Tour season with a tie for 14th at the Shriners Children’s Open and fourth at the Zozo Championship in October 2021.
Wallace added a top–ten finish at the Rocket Mortgage Classic in July 2022, which helped him move up to 120th in the FedEx Cup standings at the end of the season and secure his card for 2022–2023 play.
Wallace competed on the European Tour again in August 2022 and came in second place at the Omega European Masters, losing to Thriston Lawrence in a playoff.
Wallace was chosen to represent Great Britain and Ireland in the first Hero Cup match against Continental Europe in January 2023. Wallace scored 2.5 out of a possible 4 points, including a win over Thomas Detry in singles, but his team lost.
He tied for ninth place in the Valspar Championship on the PGA Tour in March; the following week, he won the Corales Puntacana Championship in the Dominican Republic.
