Step 1: Open Telegram app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Click the Settings icon in the lower right corner.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Power Saver.
You should now see all the options in the Energy Saver menu. By default, Power Saving Mode will activate in Telegram when your iPhone reaches 15% battery level. You can swipe the slider to change the battery percentage manually to activate Power Saving Mode.
